Theme Parks, Public Parks and Recreation Facilities
We provide civil engineering services for theme park development and
enhancement. We are experienced with theme park infrastructure and
the complex coordination issues involved. We also provide civil engineering
services for a broad range of public parks and recreation facilities.
Public Works
Flores Lund Consultants provides Civil Engineering services for a
variety of public works projects, including public facilities, utility
infrastructure, streetscape revitalization, public improvements and
modifications. We are the Engineer of Record for several award-winning
public projects.
Water Resources
We provide a broad range of services for hydrology and flood studies,
including HECII analysis, storm drainage and flood control facilities,
water supply and distribution systems for domestic and fire supply,
hydraulic network analysis utilizing CYBERNET software, sanitary sewer
collection systems and lift stations.
Schools, Universities and Hospitals
We have extensive experience with the unique requirements of Schools,
Universities and Hospitals, and with the Division of the State Architect
(DSA) and the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development
(OSHPD). We have provided Civil Engineering Services for educational
institutions ranging from K-12 to University campus infrastructure
and development. We have provided Civil Engineering Services for a
range of hospitals and medical facilities.
Design-Build
FLC has a strong background in design-build projects ranging from
$10 million to $40 million in construction value, including state,
federal and private facilities.
Construction Support Services
FLC provides Construction Support Services, including Contract Administration
and Owner's Representative services.
