Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator
FLC has an immediate opening
for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, learn quickly, be able
to take direction, have excellent interpersonal and communication
skills and be a team player. Strong organizational skills and the
ability to handle multiple projects are important. Position will
be responsible for supporting daily office operations and providing
administrative support for the accounting, marketing and engineering
staff.
Requirements:
2 years previous administrative experience
Must be proficient in MS Office with strong Word and Excel skills
Experience with multi-line phones
Experience and familiarity with Access, QuickBooks, A/P, A/R and
client billing a plus, but not required
